REFUND POLICY

Build Your Buyers List Challenge

We want you to feel confident in your decision to join the Build Your Buyers List Challenge. We also believe in implementation and taking ownership of your results.

Because this is a live, time-sensitive challenge, our refund policy reflects both fairness and commitment.

Before the Challenge Begins

You may request a full refund at any time prior to March 16 at 11:59 PM CST, no questions asked.

After the Challenge Begins

The Challenge officially begins on March 16.

Refund requests submitted after this date must meet the conditions below and must be received no later than March 19 at 11:59 PM CST.

To qualify for a refund after the Challenge has started, you must:

Provide proof that you completed the assigned implementation work for the first modules released.
Submit documentation showing your outreach efforts to build your buyers list.
Briefly explain why the Challenge did not work for you after fully completing the assigned action steps.

Refund requests without proof of implementation will not be granted.

We do not offer refunds after March 19 at 11:59 PM CST, regardless of participation level or progress.

All refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Copper Key Consulting LLC in accordance with this policy.

If a refund is granted, your access to all Challenge materials, recordings, downloads, templates, and the private community will be immediately revoked.

ACCESS TO MATERIALS

Participants receive access to Challenge materials for 90 days from the official start date.

Access to the private community is available for the duration announced at the time of enrollment.

Copper Key Consulting LLC reserves the right to modify platform access or delivery format at any time.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Copper Key Consulting LLC respects the privacy of all participants. As a condition of participation, you agree to:

Keep confidential any personal, financial, or business information shared by other participants.
Not share screenshots, recordings, or discussions from the private community outside the Challenge.
Not distribute proprietary materials, templates, trainings, or resources.

The Build Your Buyers List Challenge includes proprietary strategies, systems, processes, scripts, and materials owned exclusively by Copper Key Consulting LLC. These materials are provided solely for your individual use.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided in the Challenge — including but not limited to videos, documents, worksheets, templates, scripts, graphics, branding, and training materials — is the exclusive property of Copper Key Consulting LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Enrollment grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal business use only.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or redistribute materials
Share login credentials
Republish content publicly
Sell, sublicense, or transfer materials
Create derivative works from proprietary content

Violation of intellectual property rights will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

The Build Your Buyers List Challenge provides education and informational resources related to real estate investing and business development.

Nothing contained within the Challenge should be construed as legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.

You are solely responsible for your business decisions, contracts, investments, and financial outcomes.

Participation does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Copper Key Consulting LLC.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Copper Key Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

Participation in the Challenge
Use or misuse of materials
Business decisions made based on training
Technical issues or platform interruptions

Your sole remedy if dissatisfied is to discontinue participation subject to the refund policy stated above.

ARBITRATION AND GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Build Your Buyers List Challenge shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Texas in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Each party shall bear its own legal fees unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.

Judgment upon the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

TERMINATION

Copper Key Consulting LLC reserves the right to terminate your access without refund if you:

Disrupt the Challenge or community
Violate confidentiality
Infringe intellectual property
Engage in harassment or misconduct
Fail to follow program guidelines

Termination does not relieve you of any obligations under this Agreement.

FORCE MAJEURE

Copper Key Consulting LLC shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, internet outages, platform failures, labor disputes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

MODIFICATIONS

Copper Key Consulting LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the applicable website.
