Once a month we'll bring the cohort together to go deep on financing — how to fund your deals traditionally and creatively (if you're short on cash), what lenders are actually looking for, and how to structure deals in a way that works for your specific strategy and goals.

By the end of Quarter Two you won't just have a plan — you'll have proof that it works. You'll have offers made, a pipeline actively building, and real momentum that shows you exactly what's possible when the right strategy meets the right support.

This is the quarter where everything you've been working toward starts to become real.

For Q1 and Q2 we've been navigating this road together — building your strategy, analyzing your deals, working through every obstacle side by side. In Quarter Three the map doesn't change. But who's holding it does. You're in the driver's seat now

We still meet twice a month to reflect on what's working, sharpen what isn't, and make sure you stay on course. And help is always just a call away when something comes up that you need a second set of eyes on. But the day to day decisions? Those are yours now. The confidence to make them? You built that in Q1 and Q2.

This quarter is about building on the momentum you've already created — closing more deals, strengthening your pipeline, and settling into the rhythm of someone who thinks and moves like a real investor (because you are).

The training wheels are off. And the most exciting part? You don't need them anymore.

By the end of Quarter Three you won't be wondering if you can do this. You'll have the receipts to prove that you already are.
