TERMS AND CONDITIONS – BUILD YOUR BUYERS LIST CHALLENGE

Welcome to the Build Your Buyers List Challenge (“Program”). This Program is owned and operated by Copper Key Consulting LLC, 2700 Barton Creek Blvd, Austin, TX 78739 (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), represented by Lydia Renee. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline what you agree to when you purchase or participate in the Program. By enrolling, you accept these Terms in full.

PROGRAM ACCESS AND CONTENT

When you purchase the Program, you receive personal access to prerecorded daily trainings, live Q&A sessions, live bonus trainings, templates, downloadable resources, and materials hosted inside our Kajabi platform, along with access to a private Facebook community.

The Program is a hybrid experience consisting of prerecorded lessons and live components. Live Q&A calls are held weekly on Fridays, and additional live bonus trainings may be provided throughout the challenge.

Program access lasts 90 days from the official challenge start date of March 16, 2026, regardless of your purchase date. Access will automatically expire at the end of this period unless you purchase the extended-access upgrade.

An optional extended-access upgrade is available for purchase, which provides 12 months of access for $17.

PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY

The Program is a one-time payment of $97. Upsells, order bumps, and affiliate-recommended tools or services may be offered during or after purchase.

All payments are processed through approved payment processors using methods such as credit or debit card, PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.

You may request a refund within three (3) days of the challenge start date if you determine the Program is not a good fit. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@lydiarenee.co.

If approved, you will receive a refund of the purchase price minus any payment processing fees incurred at the time of your original transaction. Upon refund, your access to all Program materials and community areas will be immediately revoked.

No refunds will be granted after the three-day refund window has passed.

Any chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate revocation of Program access and forfeiture of all materials.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Program materials — including but not limited to videos, trainings, templates, downloadable files, documents, worksheets, slide decks, and written content — are the exclusive intellectual property of Copper Key Consulting LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

You are granted a limited license to download and use the materials for your own personal business or educational purposes only.

You may NOT:

  • Share, distribute, sublicense, or transfer materials to any third party

  • Resell or redistribute any Program content

  • Upload materials to file-sharing platforms or membership sites

  • Copy or reproduce materials for use in another course, training, or program

  • Represent any content as your own work

Templates or documents provided may be used in your own business for commercial purposes but may not be resold, shared, licensed, or redistributed in any form.

Any violation of these intellectual property protections may result in immediate removal from the Program without refund and may be subject to legal action.

LIMITED LICENSE

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Program for your own learning and business purposes. This license automatically terminates if you violate these Terms or misuse Program materials.

STUDENT CONDUCT

Participation in the private Facebook community and any live sessions requires respectful and professional behavior.

Bullying, harassment, abusive language, discrimination, spamming, or unkind conduct toward any participant or team member will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these standards without notice. Removed participants will not be entitled to a refund.

DISCLAIMERS

This Program is for informational and educational purposes only. Lydia Renee is not an attorney, CPA, financial advisor, licensed real estate agent, or broker.

All content is based on personal experience and research and is intended for general education only.

We make no guarantees regarding results, income, business growth, or success. Your results depend on your effort, actions, experience, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

You acknowledge that if you do not implement the strategies or complete the work, you should not expect results.

AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in the Program. If purchased for a minor, the purchaser agrees to these Terms on the minor’s behalf.

TESTIMONIALS AND FEEDBACK

By participating in the Program, you grant Copper Key Consulting LLC permission to use your feedback, comments, or testimonials — including success stories — in marketing materials, on our website, or on social media.

If you prefer that your full name not be used, you may request use of your first name only or a pseudonym by emailing support@lydiarenee.co.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

We may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available where the Program is sold or accessed. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate access to the Program without notice if you violate these Terms, misuse materials, or disrupt the learning environment. No refund will be issued in such cases.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to the Program or these Terms will first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and Copper Key Consulting LLC. If unresolved, the matter shall be settled through binding arbitration in the State of Texas in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

The arbitrator’s decision will be final and may be entered as judgment in any court with jurisdiction.

Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney’s fees except as otherwise required by law.
