TERMS AND CONDITIONS – NOVATIONS MADE EASY MASTERCLASS

Welcome to the Novations Made Easy Masterclass (“Program”). This Program is owned and operated by Copper Key Consulting LLC, 2700 Barton Creek Blvd, Austin, TX 78739 (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), represented by Lydia Renee. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline what you agree to when you purchase or participate in the Program. By enrolling, you accept these Terms in full.

PROGRAM ACCESS AND CONTENT

When you purchase the Program, you receive personal access to lessons, templates, trainings, videos, and downloadable PDF resources hosted inside our Kajabi platform. Unless you purchase the extended-access upgrade, your access lasts 180 days (six months) from your purchase date. Students who purchase the upsell will receive 12 months of access.

Video, audio, and slide-deck materials are view-only inside Kajabi and may not be downloaded, recorded, or shared. Downloadable files provided within the Program are for your personal or limited commercial use only as described below.

PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY

The Program is a one-time payment of $89. Two separate upsell offers may be available for purchase.

All payments are processed through Spiffy Checkouts using approved methods such as credit or debit card, PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.

Because this is a digital educational product, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or money-back guarantees.

You may submit a written refund request by emailing [email protected] after the first 14 days of purchase. While we review each request, refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Lydia Renee and her team.

Any chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate revocation of Program access and forfeiture of all course materials.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Program materials—including videos, slide decks, audio, and written content—are the exclusive intellectual property of Copper Key Consulting LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

You may download and use the provided PDF resources for your own business or educational purposes. However, you may not:

  • Sell, share, or distribute Program materials to anyone else.

  • Post or reproduce content publicly or inside another course, training, or group.

  • Represent any part of the Program as your own work.

“Novations Made Easy™” is a trademark of Copper Key Consulting LLC. All rights reserved. Any attempt to copy, resell, or infringe upon this content will result in removal from the Program and possible legal action.

LIMITED LICENSE

We grant you a non-transferable, limited, revocable license to access and use the Program for your own personal or business learning. This license automatically terminates if you violate these Terms, share materials, or misuse our intellectual property.

STUDENT CONDUCT

The Kajabi lesson areas include comment sections designed for respectful discussion. Inappropriate, offensive, or spam content will not be tolerated. Any student posting such material will be removed from the Program without refund and access will be immediately revoked.

DISCLAIMERS

This Program is for informational and educational purposes only. Lydia Renee is not an attorney, CPA, financial advisor, licensed real estate agent, or broker.

All content reflects general education based on experience and research. Results vary depending on your effort, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control. No income or performance guarantees are made.

AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be 18 years or older to purchase this Program. A parent or legal guardian may purchase the Program for a minor, in which case the purchaser agrees to these Terms on the minor’s behalf.

TESTIMONIALS AND FEEDBACK

By participating in the Program, you grant Copper Key Consulting LLC permission to use your feedback, comments, or testimonials—including any success stories—in marketing materials, on our website, or in social media.

If you prefer that your full name not be used, we will honor that request by using first name only or a pseudonym. You can request this by emailing [email protected].

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

We may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available where the Program is sold or accessed. Continued use of the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Program—without advance notice—if they violate these Terms, misuse materials, or behave in a way that disrupts the learning environment. No refund will be issued in such cases.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to the Program or these Terms will first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and Copper Key Consulting LLC. If unresolved, the matter shall be settled through binding arbitration in the State of Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and may be entered as a judgment in any court having jurisdiction.

Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney’s fees, except as otherwise required by law.
